We work with ambitious, driven women who are highly motivated and have big goals, but often find themselves stuck in cycles that hold them back. These women tend to be people pleasers and feel overwhelmed by the pressure to meet everyone else’s expectations. They are often incredibly organized but struggle to maintain consistency when it comes to prioritizing their own well-being.

Our clients are go-getters who put their needs last, leading to burnout and overwhelm. They often have busy schedules, juggling ambitions and the pressure to meet others’ expectations. While they are unique and march to their own beat, they sometimes find it hard to speak up for themselves or let go of past mistakes and emotions.

WHO DO WE WORK WITH?

Typically I recommend a 4-6 month program. Most clients start with a 16 week 4 phase program customized to their goals. Why? Sustainable results take time. I am not selling a quick fix in which you bend over backwards to get to your goals over night. We are cultivating sustainable habits for lasting results.

HOW LONG IS THE PROGRAM ?

WHAT DOES IT LOOK LIKE INSIDE THE TRC ?

Our coaching program is fully customizable to fit your unique needs, covering nutrition, fitness, and mindset. We’ll check in weekly to track progress, and every two weeks, we’ll have a call to dive deeper into your goals. You’ll also have unlimited messaging access to me, and I’ll respond as soon as possible.

All of your progress, plans, and communication are streamlined through an easy-to-use app, making it simple to stay on track and connected throughout your journey.

No you do not have to be training for something specific. If you are, I am here to support you but if not, we can design more general goals for you.

DO I HAVE TO BE TRAINING FOR SOMETHING SPECIFIC?

IS AN ONLINE COACH AS EFFECTIVE AS AN IN PERSON TRAINER??

The benefit of an online trainer is you have access to our library of information and 24/7 messaging so you can work on your own clock. This allows you to have a flexible schedule as well as the ability to ask questions and get feedback at any point in the day. As a high achieving woman who follows the beat of her own drum , you will be able to be more consistent with an online coach than an in person trainer. With in person training, you are fitting into their schedule. Here, we fit into your calendar.

DO I HAVE TO HAVE A DIAGNOSED ANXIETY DISORDER TO WORK WITH YOU?

Nope! Diagnosis from a professional or occasional anxious tendencies, I am happy to work with you! To a certain extent, everyone experiences anxiety and I am here to help teach you how to tame it and not take control over your life.

I am not a licensed therapist and I am a strong advocate for going to therapy but you also have to be doing work outside of that. I am here to help up manage all the work outside of therapy to have additional skills in taming anxiety. If you are already seeing a therapist, our work together will help supplement that work with the therapist.
